Michelle Mullooly — Assistant to Deborah Hanlon
Once a self-proclaimed “Deborah Hanlon superfan,” Michelle is now her right hand — helping bring Deborah’s vision to life through events, retreats, and community connection. A Hudson Valley native now living in Cleveland, she blends her background as a college admissions director with her love for energy, intuition, and human connection. Whether she’s organizing a retreat, supporting The Tribe, or managing the magic behind the scenes, Michelle’s goal is simple — to help others feel connected, inspired, and right where they’re meant to be.
Grace — Event Assistant
Grace has been part of Team Hanlon for over a year, supporting Deborah at her Medium Galleries by taking detailed notes and helping ensure each event runs smoothly. A college freshman with a love for learning and connection, Grace brings warmth and enthusiasm to every gathering. When she’s not assisting at galleries, you’ll find her at the gym, outdoors, or spending time with her dogs. She looks forward to meeting you at one of Deborah’s upcoming events!
Caitlyn — Event Assistant
Caitlyn brings calm, focus, and care to her role on Team Hanlon. At 24, she’s currently applying to graduate school to become a speech-language pathologist — a path that reflects her passion for helping others communicate and connect. Outside of her work and studies, Caitlyn values staying active and balanced through the gym, Pilates, and time outdoors. She also loves to travel and explore new places, always seeking new experiences and opportunities to grow.
